1. Who we are

This website, jollydink.com, and the JollyDink online store (the "Store") are operated by Withakay Travel LLC ("JollyDink", "we", "us" or "our"). The Store is hosted on Shopify. By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to the policies linked below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

2. Using the Store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the Store for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to upload viruses or harmful code, or to scrape, copy or resell its content without our permission.

3. Products, pictures and pricing

Our products are printed on demand. We try to show colors, print size and placement as accurately as we can, but screens differ and small variations in color and print position are normal for printed apparel and are not defects. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and automatic promotions have the terms shown with them. Unless stated otherwise, they can't be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. One first-order code per customer.

6. Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, returns and refunds by our Returns and refunds policy, and personal information by our Privacy policy. These policies are part of these Terms.

7. Our designs

All designs, artwork, logos, text and images in the Store, including the JollyDink name and pickle mascot, belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to copy, reproduce or sell the designs.

8. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you give us permission to use, edit and publish it in connection with the Store. Please don't send anything that is unlawful, offensive or that you don't have the right to share.

9. Third-party services and links

The Store may link to or use services run by others, such as payment, shipping and social media providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't promise that the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties except those that can't be excluded by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JollyDink and Withakay Travel LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law or your rights under consumer protection laws where you live.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims and costs caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your home country requires otherwise.
